新人モデル応募資格
15歳〜23歳までの女性(身長165cm以上)男性(180cm以上)で、所属後、都内居住可能な方。

応募方法
・履歴書(身長・体重・3サイズを明記)1通
・写真(顔アップ1枚、体のラインが分かる全身1枚)
・保護者の同意書(未成年者)1通
・応募動機をなるべく詳しく書いた書面1通
・80円切手5枚

以上のものを同封の上、郵送で応募してください。 尚、応募書類の返却は致しません。面接の方のみ書類到着後3日以内に電話連絡いたします。
